Service by all the staff was excellent. Room was spacious, with sufficient amenities. Breakfast buffet did not disappoint, plenty of options. Location is great if you intend to explore Bandung's city, and availability of taxis and Grab/Gojek is plenty.

I really like how the staff paid attention to my special request and help me celebrate a very close occasion to me, they were really amazing and even upgraded me without asking, I always come to the hotel whenever I'm in Bandung

The staff were warm and friendly and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The view from the roof was unforgettable and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean , breakfast buffet was very good, very friendly and helpful staff, big beds and rooms, easy check-in, wifi worked well.

The swimming pool !!! Because of the view!!!! The staffs are nice and polite, they are great !! The food is good ! And the rate for the room service is good !

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities in a fantastic location. Pool was superb with beautiful views of Bandung. Gym facilities were good also.
